It delivers excellent non-tacky, non-oily, smooth characteristics and an elastomer network that offers sebum absorption and control, transforming into a matte appearance with a powdery after feel. GRANSIL SIW-026 is designed to be formulated directly with aqueous phase and can be added to all existing emulsion types for improved skin feel.
